This private secured complex is nestled off Orange Street and has direct deeded beach access. You can literally look out of the back patio and see that the entrance to the beach is a stones throw away and the community pool is just as close. You almost feel as though you have your own private pool. Unlike most beach access points on 30A, there is a ramp instead of stairs and bathrooms which just adds to the convenience! The Inlet Dunes private pool also has bathrooms.
This charming condo sleeps four with a king size bed in the master, and 2 built in twin beds for the kiddos! The living room and kitchen are all open so that no one is left out of the conversation. The fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare a perfect Florida meal from the comforts of your own condo.
The community has enough activity to keep you busy throughout your vacation including retail shops and art galleries, bike and beach gear rental shops, coffee and sweet shop all within walking distance or a short bike ride.
The HOA of Inlet Dunes only allows 1 car per unit. The parking pass will be in the unit. Please keep in your car during your entire stay.
We have a strict family-only policy. Must be 25yrs or older to rent, and no chaperoned groups; must have one adult for every two persons under the age of 25yrs.
