Summary: Two things important to note: This is a 2nd floor apartment, and we had 3 octogenerians with us; and there is one assigned parking spot and others will be towed. The three visitor spots were taken while we were there, which leaves street parking a ways from the apartment.The apartment is clean and the furniture is comfortable. However, it needs some renovation and repairs (peeling paint on ceiling, sliding door doesn't lock, etc.).They have cable so we could watch TV without logging into our own accounts, which was nice.There have been critical reviews about feeling unsafe, which are unfair. It is not fancy, but we never felt unsafe. Surrounding neighborhood is very nice.
