Positive: This was a short trip with our children and grandchildren from NH, Connecticut, Washington, and Japan. Room for everyone. Water park was great for the younger ones and there was hiking for the middle ones. Plenty of dishes. Wifi did not work upon arrival and hysteria took place. :) One call, and it was taken care of in short order. The pictures of the owners throughout the units was a nice touch. Staying in a condo like this is always feels more like home. We did most of our own cooking, but Kudos to the restaurant at the Jay Village Inn. Great food and wonderful service.

Negative: The water and ice machine did not work in the upstairs unit. It was no problem - we went and got ice, but some people might be cranky. I also worried that owners might think we had been responsible.
