Cozy, modern decorated and comfortable two-story vacation home; 3 bedrooms + ample den/loft, 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen & beautifully landscaped backyard.
We welcome couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).
We do NOT allow party people intending to throw a blowout or hold any type of social gathering or event in the house.

LLC Disclaimer • This property operates in compliance under state and local laws. It is not a short-term rental, nor a time share. This is a shared (multi-member) ownership held in an LLC. We are consistently looking to attract new members/owners to our LLC to help offset the common maintenance and furnishings expenses of the property among all members; hence, all of us get to enjoy the best experience.
Since there’s many members, our VRBO listing is utilized for scheduling and booking of the property on a first come-first serve basis.

The governing document of our shared ownership LLC is “The Operating Agreement”, which sets out the rights and responsibilities of each member/owner. When you schedule the use of the property, prior to any use of it, you must be assigned an ownership interest % in the property through the LLC, thus you will become a member of the LLC with the right to use the property. Full disclosure of all our policies are in the LLC’s Operating Agreement.

Bordered by two major highways I-15 & I-215, you will be minutes away to the airport, city center, the strip, shopping center facilities, grocery stores, restaurants and choice of several golf courses and family-friendly activity venues, as well as to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.
It is the perfect getaway far from the tourist crowds, yet close enough to the Strip and popular must-see attractions.
