Welcome to your front row seat of the New Truman Waterfront Park with water views and beautiful sunsets right from our porch. There are only a few homes in the Shipyard with a view like this! Most of the Shipyard has views of other units balconies and aren’t as private. There really is nothing like sitting on our balcony and watching the activity at the park and the ocean.
If you're coming for any of the events that Key West offers you can see the parades from our balcony! Fantasy Fest, Speed Boat races and many others are right in front of you.

It is just a short stroll to the Historic “Little White House” where President Truman called home whenever he could. You are close by the warm tropical waters of the Gulf of Mexico where you can hop on a fishing boat for flats or deep sea fishing, take the Ferry to Sunset Key for lunch or dinner, go parasailing, snorkeling, diving, shopping, dining or wherever your dreams might take you.
