Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has 2 Twin Beds and TV. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and TV. Also on this level you have the recreation room with Ping Pong Table.
Level One: Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, TV and Deck Access. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed, TV and Deck Access.
Level Two: Spacious open floor plan with well stocked kitchen, large living and dining area. Half Bath. Great views from this large Deck. Above the dining room is an awesome little loft to sit and see the panoramic view of the ocean. WIFI included.

Summary: Beautiful house, needs some TLC in some areas with old appliances and water damage. The location is great and beach in front of the house is not crowded at all. The basement bedrooms smelled a little like mold. Hopefully they address the issue. It has everything you need and the woodwork is beautiful. Very nice decor.
