Positive: Amenities in the house were very good and house keeper was very pleasant when I met here. Very convenient for access to Caddo Lake. Kayaks/Canoes were a good feature but I wasn't brave enough to go out in one as I was a solo traveller

Negative: Grills for the heating/ventilation units in the house needed cleaning. Limited options to eat nearby. Shady Glade cafe does good breakfasts but only Thurs-Sun. I went to Marshall for dinner

Summary: Great place to stay for easy access to Caddo Lake
