This is a custom-built home located less than a 5 minute walk/bike from the beaches of the Emerald Coast. The home is in Seagrove Beach, the heart of the Scenic Hwy. 30A experience. The property has a main house with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths along with also a guesthouse having 1 bedroom with its own bathroom (shower only), a sofa that makes into a double bed and a second fully equipped kitchen, all included in your rental. 3 of the 5 bedrooms have ensuite baths. The home has two King bedrooms, one Queen bedroom, a twin daybed with trundle bedroom and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. The daybed/with trundle is in a bedroom adjoining the 2nd-floor MBR and was designed for children whose parents want to keep them close at night but does have a door between the 2 areas.
We only book our home for 10 weeks out of the year and we are very particular about who is chosen to enjoy our lovely home. We only allow 10 persons in your booking group ( 8 adults maximum total). Please do not ask for additional persons. No groups of large parties or events are allowed. We also have a strict NO PET policy. We only book SATURDAY to SATURDAY; sorry no exceptions .
If you are looking to accommodate more persons than we allow then this is not the property for you. Persons booking must be over age 25 and must be the persons staying at our property ; no minors or persons not on the booking list can be left at the home unattended. You will be asked to leave if any of the above is not adhered to and no refunds will be given.
You will be staying 1/2 mile from the famous luxury communities of Seaside and Watercolor while enjoying their many activities, delicious food, and shopping.
We have moved on to the next adventure in our lives, but we have left the home with all the amenities you will need to enjoy your family vacation on our beautiful beaches. We have private deeded access to beaches and vendor access for chairs and umbrellas!
During your stay; you can walk or bike ride to Seaside for morning coffee or brunch. Be sure to bike the many beautiful trails that surround our home. Our own deeded beach access awaits you at the entrance to our neighborhood. Many restaurants; including Seagrove Market, Pizza by the Sea, and Cafe 30A are just a short walk away. The home is closer to the beach than many homes in Seaside and closer than most homes in Watercolor. The home is in a neighborhood that is full of mostly year-round residents.
It is a quiet peaceful setting where you can hear all the sounds of nature. Enjoy a meal on the large screened side porch or relax with a glass of wine on the back patio next to the fire pit. Come home from a warm sandy day at the beach and rinse away the day in the outdoor shower. Then take a dip in the heated pool or spa before cooking steak or seafood on the outdoor grill while enjoying a drink . You will never want to leave!!
Please keep in mind if you will have a delivery of any kind during your stay; the mailbox for the home is for owners only and is locked and cannot be accessed by guests.
We will not be able to send anyone to unlock the mailbox so please make arrangements for deliveries by another method or porch delivery .
There is a cleaning fee of $350 per rental, a refundable security deposit of $500, and a bed tax fee equal to 11.5% of the weekly rental rate. The pool and spa can be heated upon request. The full amount for your stay is due at booking.
The driveway will accommodate all your vehicles. With this adequate parking, so please do not park in the yard or on the street. Our HOA does not permit street parking at anytime.
We do have a strict NO PET POLICY so please don't ask to bring a pet.
