This large home sits in a cove across from the cliffs next to the HWY 225 bridge, only 3 miles from Hill Creek Marina allowing easy access to your boat. With newly constructed steps to the water, you have easy access to the water.
The home features three king bedrooms on the main floor. Two of these bedrooms share a large bathroom with separate vanities, jetted tub and large walk in shower. The third bedroom on this floor has a private bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also a half bath, kitchen, dining room, large living room and an additional gathering sunroom on the main floor. The bottom floor is a walk-out basement. There are two rooms on the bottom floor, one with a king bed and one with two sets of bunks.
