The Silver Beach Towers HOA has scheduled a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This work is projected to begin Monday, December 16, 2024 and is estimated to be completed in early summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the potential for noise disturbance, closure of certain amenities, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the construction to provide the best vacation experience possible.

The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The breakfast table has three seats, the dining area offers seating for eight, and there's additional seating at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size, gourmet stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. On the first floor, you will also find a computer room complete with a desk and flat-screen TV, perfect for hooking up your gaming systems or squeezing in a quick email. There is also a half bathroom conveniently located on this floor.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom also has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
SECOND FLOOR
The second-floor master bedroom is larger than the first-floor master bedroom, and it features an indoor balcony overlooking the condo, a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a large soaker bathtub, tiled walk-in shower, and double vanity. The second guest bedroom has two full beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. On the second floor, there's also a comfortably furnished sitting area that looks over the main living space and offers the same stunning beach views. Just steps from this sitting area and the third guest bedroom is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day.
