Kitchen: Modern kitchen with stainless appliances, lots of counter space and breakfast bar. all essentials needed and more.
Dining Room: Formal dining for 6 guests
Outdoor Screened Lanai: With outdoor dining table for 4 and glider chairs with foot rests.
Primary Suite: King size bed, nightstands with lamps, alarm clocks and USB charging ports. chest of drawers, spacious closet and flat screen smart TV.
Primary EnSuite Bathroom: Tile Shower, toilet, vanity.
Guest Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, nightstands, lamps clock, spacious closet and chest of drawers.
Guest Bedroom 2: Full over full bunk beds, closet, desk/workspace. Internet, printer and more

Summary: Jason was great to deal with, the house seems brand new and was super clean, the pool and dock were also perfect had 27’ boat that fit great, location of house from road and water was nice also.
