Ft. 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom beachfront condo is located in the highly sought after En Soleil complex. **Complimentary Beach Chairs are Included with your rental March 1- October 31** Experience luxury at its best! Enjoy dedicated covered parking and take advantage of the quick elevators to your condo located on the 3rd floor of the West Tower. Step inside and be amazed at the expansive layout. The floor to ceiling windows capture the mesmerizing views of the Gulf of Mexico and over 6500 square feet of exclusively designed pools, waterfalls and two beachfront hot tubs. En Soleil 321W comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with a king sized bed in your Paradise Main Suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, two queens in the third bedroom, and futon in the fourth bedroom.
A 3 night minimum stay is required except for the Summer Season-Memorial Day through the First Weekend of August when there is 7 night minimum with check in on Saturday, check out the following Saturday. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed by the Resort. No smoking or vaping except in designated smoking areas on the first and ground floor. Smoking & vaping is prohibited on balconies, in elevators, elevator lobbies, stairwells, walkways to units, and pool decks.

You can sleep to the sounds of the ocean from the Swaying Palms second bedroom, too! You'll enjoy two luxurious queen sized beds with high thread count linens and soft fluffy pillows. This room has a TV for your viewing pleasure as well. The adjacent bathroom has a tub and shower combination with plenty of storage space.
The Monkey's Paw third bedroom is great for the little ones. It's a real room with a flat screen TV and futon bed. Your kiddos will love having their own space while they are on vacation.
