The lanai also features several lounge chairs to soak up the sun or just relax and a large table with six chairs to eat outside, play games, socialize or enjoy drinks. The inside of the house has three sets of sliders to enter the lanai. It is located in Rotonda West on a quiet and safe street within minutes of two beaches (Boca Grande Beach and Englewood Beach), restaurants, and grocery stores. Rotonda West also had seven golf courses to choose from, several walking sidewalks and a very nice bike trail.
