Please read - Rates have been reduced due to exterior renovations at all four towers. My balcony will be closed 9/8/25-10/31/25. I have blocked off these dates and will not be renting during this time. Repairs consist of stucco and concrete repairs, sealant replacement, and exterior repainting. Construction noise may occur during work hours: Monday-Saturday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. Guests may experience noise from chipping, hammering and grinding and other renovation related activity. Walkways and entryways may be rerouted. Beach access will remain open at all times - some boardwalk closures may occur.
Pools - the lagoon pool/hot tub will be closed November 28, 2025-March 13, 2026. Tower 1 and 2 heated pool/hot tub will be closed August 28, 2025-November 28, 2025. Tower 3 and 4 heated pool/hot tub (this pool is closest to. my condo) will be closed October 20, 2025-March 13, 2026. I will be calling you after you book to go over all this Info. Regular refund policy will be in effect.
Walk in shower being added to the master bath November 2025. I ONLY RENT SATURDAY TO SATURDAY FROM MEMORIAL DAY TO SECOND WEEK OF AUGUST.

You will love this very spacious 1375 sq. foot condo - much larger than most condos on the beach! All rooms are oceanfront. No fighting over who gets the bedroom with the great view! Both bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows with a private door to the huge balcony with nice patio furniture. One of the most beautiful views in Panama City Beach!
The Primary bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two queen size beds. Each bedroom has a large bathroom with oversized garden tub (master has a jetted tub) and each bathroom has a double vanity with huge mirror. Large walk-in closet in each bedroom. Each bedroom has new Vizio HDTV smart tvs.
The living room has a new commercial grade queen sleeper sofa, chair and recliner. 58 " Smart Vizio HDTV.
Free wireless internet! New gym is now open. Tower 3.
This condo will sleep 8 comfortably with plenty of space.
The dining room has a dining table that seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 3.
Long Beach Resort is known for having the largest balconies in Panama City Beach! The balcony has a new patio furniture.
Full kitchen. For some added pleasure we have a Keurig coffee maker (also a regular coffee maker). Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, bowls, etc. Everything you need - we have it! Granite countertops and all stainless appliances!
