It's an amazing place to enjoy your morning coffee and talk over breakfast with the family! To make this kitchen even more incredible it even opens to the back patio for al fresco dining. It also has a coffee bar/cocktail bar. The first guest bedroom is also located on this level and has 1 Queen bed and a full private bath with a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom offers 1 King and is located on the upper level, with double doors leading to a private covered patio with amazing double-water views, the ideal place to relax and read your favorite book. Two additional guest bedrooms, with 1 Queen bed in each, are also located on this level and have their own private bathrooms as well.
