The Space:
Inside, the house boasts two multi-sleeper bedrooms and one master bedroom including a newly renovated master bathroom. Thanks to the bedroom layout, two full-baths, and one half-bath, you can still relax in private even if you’re staying with additional friends and family. The half bath is located in the garage which is perfect for using when enjoying the outdoors. When you’re not grilling on the back patio, this spacious kitchen is the perfect place to prepare food for the family or just enjoy a morning cup of coffee. With bonus amenities such as a cable tv in multiple bedrooms and indoor and outdoor games you probably won’t even want to leave the house.
However, if you do want to get out and explore, entertainment is only steps away. You can walk to the beach, the grocery store, 26° Brewing craft beer, and a handful of four-star restaurants in a variety of cuisines (e.g 9 Face Sushi, Houston’s, The Foundry, Umberto’s Pizza, and Café Maxx). At the beach, you can enjoy a multitude of water activities or just relax and enjoy the view. Plus, it’s only a short drive to Pompano’s very own Isle Casino, Hard Rock Café, Golf Courses and any number of additional sites & scenes.
This house also comes stocked with beach chairs, toys, and a beach umbrella.

THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.
You will have access to our garage to park your car.
We are a dog friendly rental. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $200. You can select the pet option in the same area you select guest count. If you have missed it, please reach out to us to pay your pet fee. Please inquire about multiple pets, multiple month stays and if you are traveling with cats.
We require an additional $1,000 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10:00 PM and ask that you please respect the neighbors. We ask that any socializing after 10:00 PM be done in the comforts of our spacious home and not outside.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Due to the popular nature of our rental, WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE EARLY CHECK-INS AND LATE CHECK-OUTS. We need this small window of time in-between guests to prepare for your stay.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
