This condo has a stunning roof top pool and hot tub, brand new gym and onsite parking. There is a doorman on site M-F from 9am - 5pm.

Living room - 54 inch round dining table that seats up to 8 people.
There is a large wrap around terrace with a dining set for 6 (can fit 8), patio furniture that can seat 8 and a gliding egg shaped chair. We also have a coffee table and chairs for two right off the master suite. The entire interior is just over 1,300sqft while the entire private outdoor area is just over 350 sqft.
Kitchen - fully stocked with dinnerware for 8 guests, coffee mugs, toaster, blender, keurig machine with keurigs, salad bowls, silverware, baking set, and everything you need to cook a feast
Each room has a smart TV and there is cable in the master bedroom and living room. There is also high speed internet that will allow everyone to connect with no issues
Pets are an additional fee of $200 each per stay.
No smoking inside or outside or there will be a $1,500 fine.
