Located in Cape Coral, just 1.2 miles from Dolphin Marina and a quick 20 minute boat ride to Caloosahatchee River (we are located on the Singapore Canal), The Busch House is a luxurious 4 bedroom, 2 bath canal front home offering beautiful views. With an outdoor heated swimming pool, outdoor shower, beautiful boat dock with two boat lifts (one converted to a double kayak lift) and a tiki hut for your own fishing and relaxing pleasure. We are close to countless amazing restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and entertainment. We’re walking distance from Cape Coral Farmer’s Market!.
The Busch House features 2 living rooms with flat screen TVs (a living room and a family room), 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and a microwave - and everything else you can think of to make yourself at home. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably. The master bedroom is large and luxurious - with two sets of sliding doors to take you out onto the pool deck and a flat screen TV. All three other bedrooms are in the opposite wing of the home. The pool deck itself features a large dining area that converts to a firepit, a bbq pit, and waterfall feature.
Plenty of pool floats, a couple of kayaks, bicycles, toys, books, games, and fishing equipment to make sure that there is something for everyone.
The home also includes a high chair, playpen with bassinet, and an easily installed pool safety net for families with small children. (Please indicate your need with reservation so we can have them ready for you.)

*Please note that there is a $50/week allowance for electricity and then a charge of $0.15 per kilowatt beyond that initial allowance. Charges are due at checkout. As you can imagine, Electric bills can vary dramatically from $100 to $2,000 a month based on the pool heater and air conditioner usage. We have found that $50/week is an average usage amount and just ask that our renters cover any additional usage above and beyond that amount rather than increasing our rates for everyone across the board.
