Kick your work shoes off and step into the life of peace and relaxation. You will be right on the sought after scenic 30a which is among the Florida panhandle’s white quartz crystal beaches. With clear emerald colored water and breathtaking sunsets you will instantly be put at ease. You will be perfectly positioned to walk, bike or drive to some of the area’s most beautiful untouched beaches as well as restaurants serving delicious fresh caught seafood.
There are several beach access points along the 30a. The entrance to Topsail Hill Preserve Park is just half a mile away. There you can take a tram to the extraordinary park beach with tall sand dunes and miles of nature hikes. In the opposite direction just 1.4 miles from the house is Dune Allen Regional Beach Access with parking, showers and plenty of sand to park your chairs and umbrella as you dip your toes in the water. Across from this access is the popular Stinky’s Fish Camp with some of the freshest seafood in the area. Grand Boulevard shopping and dining is a short 5 minute drive which includes a large grocery store. The small town area of Gulf Place is 2.6 miles down 30a and features another beautiful beach access point with parking, bathrooms, showers, restaurants and bars, ice cream, a liquor store, shops and locally made souvenirs in the art district.
Topsail Hill is a 1,640-acre Florida State Park. It surrounds the neighborhood on almost all sides. At moments it feels you are living among the wildlife. The park itself boasts 3.2 miles of secluded, white sandy beaches which are surrounded by towering 25 feet tall dunes. There are three rare coastal dune lakes that are excellent for freshwater fishing. Bird-watching is popular due to the natural habitats within the old-growth long leaf pines. Head on over for some snorkeling or a peaceful hike or bike ride. Pack a lunch cause there’s plenty of areas for a picnic. The entrance fee is $6 and the park stays open from 6 a.m. until sundown. The tram service runs each day starting at 9 a.m.

The house you’ll be staying in has a classic New Orleans vibe on the outside. Inside is a reverse floor plan. Two bedrooms downstairs with a master bedroom, large open kitchen and living room on the second level. 10’ ceilings are throughout with vaulted groove ceilings in the living room and kitchen area. The spacious family room features a 65” TV, as well as a sleeper-sofa. There’s a large glass enclosed gas fireplace situated along the wall. This floor also includes a spacious master bedroom that has a private patio overlooking a cypress pond and faces east to capture early morning sunrises while sipping your coffee. It has a 50” HD TV, large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with his and her sinks and features a shower big enough for two.

• Extra large island and tons of counter space for preparing meals
• GE Refrigerator with half freezer and filtered water and ice dispenser
