Beautiful single level home ten minutes north of downtown available for your next trip to Durango. Open floor plan, with a 65” smart TV in the living room, and 55" smart TV's in each of the 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king-sized bed, a sound machine, and blackout blinds in one of the bedrooms. Remodeled three years ago with new countertops, mirrors, lighting, new washer & dryer, new oven and cooktop, new dishwasher and gorgeous (and fun) outdoor crushed glass firepit, gas grill and central air conditioning throughout. Sitting outside to drink your coffee or sip cocktails is wonderful as it overlooks the pond, and Red Cliff mountain views. The kitchen is very well stocked with Keurig, French press and drip coffee makers, all spices, pots and pans, VitaMix, popcorn maker, vegetable steamer, crockpot, ice tea machine, etc. My goal is to go above and beyond in making sure your vacation lodging is as wonderful as possible! Your favorite place to sit will be the massage chair in the living room, which really pounds out any tight spots in your back. There’s also a separate lower leg and foot massager for your enjoyment, along with foam rollers, handheld weights, and yoga mat available. The large leather club chairs swivel to allow for comfortable reading, enjoying the gas fireplace and gazing at the water. There are Sonos Play-5 speakers as well as an iPad controller for the house Spotify account with your personal genre or playlist of music. (Easy directions are right there; you do not have to have a Sonos account or Spotify or any other music service in order to play music). In addition to the three bedrooms and two baths, there’s a good sized office with a bluetooth printer for when you need privacy to take care of work-related items. The beautiful new Durango Hot Springs is five minutes from the house, the ski resort is 15 minutes to the north, and other fun area activities include horseback riding, rafting, fishing, hiking, bicycling, and the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad. PJ’s Gourmet Market for groceries, a hardware store and a liquor store are right around the corner. Dining at the Dalton Ranch clubhouse restaurant is wonderful; and the golf course is open to the public, with spectacular Red Cliff and river views.
