Summary: This is an interesting little place. It did the job, but wasn't what we expected. It's not in a residential neighborhood, but next to a Jack in the Box. We were a little put off by that, but in the end it was ok. Our intended destination was the Rose Bowl and it really was very convenient, as the apartment is very close. There were several issues that came up and the owner was incredibly responsive, so I give top marks for responsiveness. I left a list of items we noticed needed attention, which I imagine will be addressed given the high level of responsiveness from the owner. A couple things though - whoever lives upstairs walks very loudly, not all night, but until about 11pm. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. The beds are fairly firm, so if you need a softer mattress, you can use the extra comforter to make a mattress topper and cush it up a bit. There are several items in the listing that are not quite accurate (e.g., there is no pool on site). There is a hot tub. There are a handful of other items like this in the listing so if you're looking for something specific, ask the owner to verify.
