The Space:

Everything you & your family/group have been looking for to make those special beach memories. This drop dead gorgeous beach house also boast a beautiful carriage house with a courtyard in between. The two homes collectively sleep 20 people comfortably!!
This home is meant for families and friends looking to be under one roof (well, actually two roofs since there are two homes on the property).
Oversized deck! Enjoy the gulf front view from the either the main oversized deck or from the 2nd level deck.
Did I mention the lighted courtyard between the two houses? That's right. The courtyard is lit at night so you may enjoy the nighttime events such as wedding, receptions, or even just plane fun with corn hole or place for the kids to run.
Unlike many houses that have parking situations, this house does not. It can easily accommodate the 6-8 cars that would be at the house.
100% pet friendly. We allow pets. We charge a $159 one time pet fee per pet.
We are located just down the street from Pier Park.

1st Floor - King size bed in an oversized bedroom overlooking gulf and private bathroom
1st Floor - King size bed with two built in bunk beds and private bathroom

Beach towels, and beach chairs are available for guest to use.
The entire home is meant for enjoyment. Plenty of TVs. Plenty of space. Both kitchens are fully stocked with everything needed to cook and serve family meals.

Our place is pet friendly (per pet fee applies, maximum of 2 pets per stay). No pets allowed on the furniture and beddings. If left unsupervised, pets should be in crates. We have our own laundry area where washer and dryer is available. A fully equipped kitchen for your sumptuous meal. A smart TV is available for you not to miss the latest episodes of your favorite Netflix series and the most important is Wifi for you to stay connected.
Our place is private and convenient designed for intimate family gathering and so much more to love in this beach house!
