Our LUXURY HOME is open to executive business travelers, FL living visit and Mayo traveling patients. We provide you all the essentials necessary for a comfortable stay. With full access to all amenities. Less than 5 minutes away from Mayo & Less than 10 minutes to the ocean.
This luxury unit is 1 bed 1 bath & half bath. LVP flooring throughout and carpet in bedroom. Fully furnished and fully equipped kitchen. We also provide coffee, tea, bottled water and we always ask your favorite beverage and snack prior to your arrival. Bathroom has all toiletries needed; shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, towels, cotton balls, qtip and blow dryer. Washer and dryer is unit with detergent pods and dryer sheets. Extra pillows, extra blankets are located in the closet. All cleaning supplies and spray cleaners are located in closet and under kitchen sink. Valet trash is 7 days a week, trash bin with tied closed trash bag must be placed outside the door at 6:30pm, please make sure to take the trash bin inside the apartment once they have taken the trash. Extra trash bags are under the kitchen sink. First aid kit is on top of the refrigerator.
