This condo has one of the best views in Davidson Landing of beautiful Lake Norman. The lake can be seen from every room! More photos on Instagram @LakeNormanParadise
This is a 3rd floor end unit (top floor) location in the Southpoint complex of Davidson Landing in Davidson, NC. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom allowing either to be used as the master bedroom. One of the bedrooms is set up as an office, but could easily be made into a 2nd bedroom. Updates include new floors, built-ins, wine cooler, and a tiled fireplace. The kitchen has been updated with shaker style cabinets, marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms have been completely renovated. This 3rd floor location has vaulted ceilings in the great room. The end unit location has a lot of extra windows that provide more light and an excellent lake view. Southpoint has a scenic pool also looking out at Lake Norman with a community grill. Two stand-up paddle boards and paddles included down by our kayak rack only steps away from the lake!
