This is an air-conditioned fully furnished home and boasts a peaceful and serene setting. The beautiful over-sized Lanai surrounds a heated saltwater pool with a waterfall providing a soothing effect.

Looking out over the pool from the security of the lanai you will on occasion see a small gator in the golf course pond. Please keep away & do not feed any gator (it's illegal).
There you will also see a bounty of wildlife (ibis, egret, wood storks, cranes, herons, osprey, annhingas, cormorants, and gopher turtles.).
You also overlook the approach to the green of the Par-5 Eleventh Hole on the Hills Course of the Rotonda Golf Development.
All patio doors open to the Pool/Lanai, and all rooms have Casablanca Fans. There is a pass-through window from the kitchen to the Lanai for serving snacks and beverages.
The landscaping is very alluring and supports the local wildlife. The yard and pool are both maintained weekly.
Easy access to multiple sandy beaches are close by.
Short drive to Boca Grande, Venice Beach, Englewood & Manasota Beaches, and other beaches.
Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel/Captiva Islands only a little over an hour away.
Marinas with fishing & viewing tours are close by. Boat, jet-ski & kayak rentals are also close by, or trailer your own equipment and enjoy the unlimited opportunities the Gulf of Mexico provides.
