Guest Access: The property is completely fenced and gated, offering both security and privacy. Please make sure you are entering at the correct gate! It is the first long gate NOT the one by the garage. To enter, guests will use a secure access code at the gate. Simply approach the gate, (make sure you step out of your vehicle to type in the code because the keypad is very close to the gate) enter the code on the keypad, and the gate will open, allowing you to drive onto the property. When exiting, there’s no need to use the keypad—just approach the gate, and it will automatically open for you.
The front door is equipped with a keypad for keyless entry. A unique access code will be assigned to you on the day of your check-in, ensuring both convenience and security during your stay.
We respect your privacy and want to ensure you have a relaxing stay. However, we are always available if you need assistance or have any questions during your visit. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Violating check-in or check-out times will result in an automatic late check-out fee, which will be automatically applied to your reservation unless a different check-in/check-out time is approved by the host
Strict No Party Policy: We have a $5,000 fine for any party-related activities or gatherings.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A $5,000 fine will be applied if this rule is violated.
Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed
Pool Usage: Please do not touch the pool or pool equipment. The pool heater is wirelessly controlled by the host, and tampering with it is not allowed.
Guest Limit: The booking allows a maximum of 14 guests. No additional guests are permitted without prior approval, it will be considered a party if there are more than 14 guest without host approval.
Quiet Time: To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, we ask that guests keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM. This includes conversations, music, and activity in outdoor areas.
