Laundry facilities are located on this floor as well as the 1st floor Bedroom Suite. It has an adjoining bath that can be accessed via pocket doors from the living room or bedroom. This bedroom offers lots of privacy and it's own living space which includes a queen size bed, 40" flat screen Smart TV, and compact fridge to keep your favorite drinks handy. Fall into cool, crisp, luxurious bedding after a day of sunshine. This suite is perfect for extended families or anyone with limited mobility. The second floor provides a spacious, fully stocked, chef inspired kitchen. There is comfy dining space for 10, and another spacious living room with a 40" Smart TV. Down the hall is the 2nd bedroom with two sets of twin bunks and it's own adjoining bath with walk-in shower. This is the perfect spot for children. The third floor offers 2 separate suites which are perfect for families. Bedroom 3 (Master Suite) will take your breath away. It offers a luxurious King size bed with upscale linens, a 40" Smart TV, and compact refrigerator. The adjoining master bath provides all the amenities so travelers can pack light. Bedroom 4 provides two plush queen size beds, a 32" Smart TV, reading nook and adjoining bath with shower/tub combo. The spiral staircase leads you to the fourth-floor, 360 degree roof-top terrace. It is completely unique to the Blue Mountain Beach area, with ample seating and the perfect spot for morning coffee, private sunbathing, or a cocktail at sunset. Enjoy spectacular views, people watch, tell stories, and watch the sun come down.
But, that's not all! The pool is a beautiful amenity with tabby concrete, covered cabanas, and a top of the line outdoor grilling station for the community's enjoyment.
