Hello and welcome to your haven in the heart of Virginia Highlands, Atlanta’s favorite walkable neighborhood. Indulge in the comfort and tranquility of this stunning newly built home. We have tried to think of everything to allow you to have fun, relax and recharge. You’ll find a great variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops just a couple blocks away. You will also be walking distance to The Beltline, Ponce City Market, Piedmont Park, Inman Park, Grant Park & Krog Street Market.

Enter a wonderful home offering guests an open floor plan with high end furnishings, modern decor and colorful accents. You will love the crisp linens and comfy beds and will be sure to wake up refreshed and ready for a day exploring the city, which is right outside your door.

With plenty of room to spread out, guests can enjoy two living rooms (one on the main floor and one located on the second level). Each space features it’s own sitting area, fireplace and hd smart TV. All smart tv’s throughout the house are equipped with live tv as well as host paid subscriptions to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and HBO, for your viewing enjoyment. A work space and desk is provided in the living area on the second level. A WiFi printer is also available upon request.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. Beautifully done, it features a large island with waterfall edges, brand new luxury appliances, a walk in pantry and banquette seating. A dining room, complete with bar and beverage cooler is just off the kitchen.

Take in the peaceful surroundings from the outdoor sofa and chairs under the covered back porch or enjoy a drink around the fire table on the patio. Both are truly lovely private areas to unwind and relax after a busy day.

The home features four bedrooms. Three on the second level (including the master) and one on the first level. All three bedrooms on the second level have their own en suite bathroom. The master bathroom also includes a freestanding soaking tub, rain shower head, double vanity and Kohler Numi toilet.
A laundry room is also located upstairs.

The forth bedroom located on the main level has access to a full bathroom, located just across the hall.

The house sits on a corner lot and has plenty of room in the driveway for several cars as well as free street parking. With everything this home has to offer, you may not want to leave. If you do decide to venture out, we recommend taking a long walk and checking out all of the bungalows and craftsman style historic homes. Virginia Highlands really is an adorable neighborhood that oozes charm. There are plenty of great shops and restaurants within a couple blocks. Ponce City Market, The Beltline and Piedmont Park are also less than a mile away.

Summary: The property was perfect! From the gardens to every element of community and personal space it was breath taking and relaxing. Beautifully stocked with cooking and serving dishes for the celebration meals we planned. Beautiful neighborhood and Jessica and Preston were amazing.
