As you step inside this spacious home, you are greeted with a beautifully decorated family room which is the central focus of the home. Off to the left, you will find two bedrooms- One equipped with a king bed and one with two single beds. In the king bedroom, you will find a lovely office-type set-up, perfect for hosting your zoom calls or answering work emails. Back towards the family room and through the sunny Florida room you will find the perfect outdoor space for hosting your next poolside bbq. Stepping back inside the home you will walk through our dining room which connects to the full-sized kitchen, equipped with all of your cooking essentials. Continue through to the master bedroom which features a large walk-in closet (with a built-in safe) and ensuite where you can soak the long day away in our large bathtub. This home also features a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and garage access to park your vehicle. No doubt you will feel right at home.
PARTIES & EVENTS
At this time, we do not allow parties or events. This is a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no loud music, noise, or partying after 10 PM.
While the neighbors are aware of our Airbnb, they aren't very tolerant of excessive noise and partying.
By booking our house you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $500 and will be subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
PARKING
The garage and driveway provide plenty of parking in front of the house. We recommend no parking on the street.
POOL & SWIMMING
The pool heating temperature is set to 87 degrees from December till March. All other months the heating of the pool will be turned off. If you want to set the temperature higher (to 95 degrees) or if you need a heated pool from April to November there will be an additional fee in the amount of $50 per day.
There is no lifeguard on duty. The house, its owners, and agents of the property will not be held liable for accidents, pool-related, sea wall, lake, or dock accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. Swimming is not permitted in the canal as dangerous wildlife may be present.
SMOKING & DRUGS
No smoking is permitted inside the house. Smoking is permitted outdoors, but guests must use provided ash receptacles. Cigarette butts may not be discarded in landscaping, in the pool, or on the ground. No electronic cigarette smoking is permitted indoors. No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time.
PETS
Pets are allowed but need to be approved, only small pets will be considered.
