Summary: The staff is great. Place is clean and it’s a great location. The only suggestion would be to put Sliding doors on the balconies that have noise reduction capability, because you can hear everything from the streets. it was also a little disappointing that the spa and the gym are nonexistent. I’m not sure why it says on Hotels.com that there’s a spa and gym available that is inaccurate
