Our 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath villa easily fits the entire family with 2 queen beds in 2 master bedrooms on both floors, and bunk beds in 2 kid’s bedrooms. Located in a lush and peaceful gated community, the villa boasts a screened-in pool, full kitchen, and 2 parking spaces in the driveway.
- There’s a $30/day fee to heat the pool and it must be for the entire duration of your stay
- For your safety and ours, and as disclosed in the listing, we have security cameras in the front and back of the house. We do not monitor them 24/7. If you feel uncomfortable with this, you may cancel this booking and find another property that better suits your needs
- NO EXTRA GUESTS beyond the number in your booking will be admitted. This number applies to children. If you show up with more people or unauthorized pets they'll be asked to leave/be removed
- ABSOLUTELY NO parties or loud music will be tolerated at ANY hour of the day. Please be respectful of the neighbors. QUIET HOURS of 10pm-7am are strictly enforced
- Pool area is open 7am-10pm ONLY. NO DIVING. Please watch small children and be careful when using the pool. Remember you're required to sign a liability waiver
- Every Thursday afternoon our pool cleaner comes by for routine maintenance. They only enter from the back entrance to access the pool area and won't be entering the house. Please do not be alarmed if you see them :)
- No smoking or vaping anywhere in the house, INCLUDING outside in the pool area.
- All persons in your party must be over 25 years old unless they’re children accompanied by parents or other caretakers
- We're unable to accommodate early checkins or luggage drop-off. The gate and door codes will be shared the day before your arrival. The door code will automatically activate at 4pm on checkin day and deactivate at 11am on checkout day. Please do not overstay your checkout time as you may get locked out of the property.
- Checkout is positively before 11am. While we want you to have your dream vacation, unfortunately we cannot accommodate late checkout requests. We frequently have same-day turnovers and the property is managed like a tight ship with our team of professional housekeepers who themselves manage multiple properties per day in a streamlined fashion. It's absolutely critical that we stick to the checkout time.
- To prevent clogs and water backup during your stay, please do not drain solids or greasy liquids down the drain. Please flush NOTHING BUT TOILET PAPER down the toilet.
***Feminine products, wipes (INCLUDING wipes that say "flushable"), paper towels, tissues, etc MUST go inside the BIN.***
The plumbing system cannot handle anything other than toilet paper. Use the trash bins make sure all trash is INSIDE the bags. If you flush anything that's not toilet paper, it can cause a clog and you'll be responsible for the repair
- Please remove your shoes upon entering and turn off all lights turn up the AC's on both floors each time you leave :) Thank you! While we could control them remotely, we won't be monitoring them and trust you'll turn everything off when no one's home :)
