This wonderful home in the heart of Tavernier, has a pool and immediate access to the open water by boat.
Quick access to your favorite fishing grounds of the Gulf of Mexico. The home includes a TV in each bedroom, beautiful pool and deck with lounge furniture. Upstairs dining outside with an open water view. This home has a gated yard, and can park 3 vehicles and a trailer easily. A 31 foot dock is included right behind the house. Max Boat Size IS 28Ft.
The Living areas are open in concept with a nice kitchen and bar seating and a nice open living room that goes out to the deck. This home has 3 bedrooms on this level with 2 bedrooms that share a full bath, and the master bedroom has it's own bath on suite.

Where you can dive and see the Christ Statue and many tropical fish and corals.Enjoy great restaurants, unique boutique style shopping and great sightseeing. Summary: We enjoyed staying in Hammer Point very much. Surprisingly quiet since it is well located. You don’t have to drive very far for anything. Extremely dog friendly. People were wonderful. Host was quick to respond to our questions and needs. The heated pool was awesome. Only down side we had a small issue with stove venting. It would also be nice if they provided a gas grill. Just a wonderful place to relax and get away from winter!
