Swimming pool can be heated up to 75F, and keep same temperature 24/7 of your stay. Contact Viktoriya for more information about heating and to place your order. ORDERS SHOULD BE MADE AT LEAST 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE to allow ample time for scheduling a technician and for pool water to come to temperature. Heating pool service cost $350 for the first week after that $150 weekly.
Guests who make long term reservation (28+ days) must have additional cleaning every 14 days. Each additional cleaning cost $250. Should be payed before check-in time.
The property has 3 exterior security cameras; front door, by the side of the house, and facing the swimming pool area. Cameras do not look into any interior spaces.
Also have noise monitoring system. It’s camera-free and it doesn’t record any sound or listen to what the guests say. It simply tracks sound levels in our home.
