Summary: Upon arrival, we found dirty dishes left behind. The rental was very under-equipped: an empty toilet paper roll, not enough towels, no cleaning supplies, and a broken AC that wasn’t repaired within a reasonable timeframe. Communication was poor with slow response times, and the check-in process was frustrating. The FOB didn’t work, and only one of us could access the unit via our phones at a time. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay.
