You can walk to the Treasure Island Public beach at the end of the street with a 4 minute walk or enjoy dolphin and bird watching from your own pool or dock. All the comforts of home if home had an incredible view of sun rise and sunset over Boca Ciega Bay! Rent a boat or bring your own as we have an available boat dock and lift for an extra charge (please contact prior to booking if interested). Completely remodeled with all brand new Samsung appliances, and quartz counter tops.
We look forward to you having an incredible vacation, but this is not a party house, please. We have a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature.
It is located just 30 minutes from Clearwater Airport and 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport. Just half a mile from Johns Pass with tons of restaurants, bars, shopping, golf cart rentals, antique shops and all the ice cream you can enjoy!
