Summary: The house was just as described with a great pool in neighborhood, beach close by, and a great park across the street from entrance. Owner is very responsive! Answers all questions as well as suggestions of things to do and see. Very helpful with rocket launches in area. We had a very nice and relaxing time there. Thank you!!
