Villa Superior is located within a private and family-friendly community, where its quiet feeling will lull you into a peaceful vacation. This snowbird-friendly escapade is centrally located to everything (Downtown Naples, Celebration Food Truck Park, Tin City, Mercato, and Marco Island) and a plethora of restaurants, grocers, and activities nearby. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms make this large home perfect for families!
One of the main draws of this spacious retreat is the screened, in-ground heated pool in your backyard. Spend hours and hours swimming and enjoying the sparkling waters while the Bluetooth speakers outside play your favorite tunes. Then, retreat to any of the loungers available and work on your tan while the chef of the group prepares memorable meals for everyone in the fully-equipped kitchen inside. Nothing beats enjoying a tasty meal alfresco and the covered patio boasts an outdoor dining area that seats eight comfortably. When mealtime is over, move over to the lounge area to stream a favorite series on the smart TV, or climb over to the egg chair to rest on your own and probably read a good book or listen to music. This area also offers a convenient wet bar to prepare tasty and refreshing beverages for everyone.
The air-conditioned living room has tall, vaulted ceilings, an inviting sectional, and another Smart TV. As you can already tell, this home is all about entertainment no matter your age or what you like to do. The living room shares the space with an elegant dining table. We mentioned the kitchen before, but now you will discover a well-appointed space with all stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, a gorgeous gas stove with an exhaust hood, a double oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave, and so much more. Right off of the kitchen is a second dining table seating four and another living area with a sectional and a large Smart TV as well.
The main bedroom is located on completely opposite sides from the other two bedrooms, adding a much-desired sense of privacy. From this bedroom, guests can also access the covered patio. Equipped with a smart TV, a huge walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and two vanities, this bedroom is not playing games. The other two guest bedrooms have TVs, but only one of them has its own en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower as well.

Guest are not allowed to park their cars in the garage. The boat stays inside the garage. The owner keeps his personal car at the property in the driveway.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
