House Rules:
- We kindly ask for a security deposit of $500 before we approve which will of course be returned if property is left as is, in good standing, and guests follow all house rules.
- No parties or loud music.
- No smoking. Smoking violation fee of $250.00.
- Garbage cans MUST be left on the side of the house. There will be a fee of $250.00 if we receive a violation.
- Only 2 cars are allowed on driveway.
- We ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. In order to provide quiet enjoyment for all guests in the property, the guest is responsible for adhering to the communities quiet hours. No loud music. Please keep quiet from 11pm-7am.
- You will be charged a full day rate for unauthorized late check out.
- No glitter, it can take up to 6 months to fully get out of bedding and towels. If this rule is violated, you will be charged extra or will need to replace each item that has glitter.
- If police is called to the house for a noise complaint or any reason, the host has the option to cancel the booking with loss of payment, security deposit and no refund of full payment for entire duration of rental.
- Please do not touch any artwork or rearrange any of the house decor or furniture.
**The property owners have the right to cancel a reservation if there is a breach or any code of conduct is violated and/or any criminal activity is occurring. Even if reservation is cancelled early, you will be required to vacate with a loss of your deposit and you will be charged your full rental period non-refundable and that amount will be lost along with any damages and fees that may transpire.
Hot Tub Rules:
1. The hot tub is USE AT OWN RISK! Management will not be responsible for any accidents, regardless of fault.
2. The hot tub is reserved for registered guests ONLY no visitors are allowed.
3. Maximum capacity is 6 people.
4. No children are allowed in the hot tub.
5. Absolutely NO FOOD, GLASS CONTAINERS, SMOKING, OR ALCHOLIC BEVERAGES allowed in the hot tub. No impaired individuals allowed in the hot tub.
6. NO ANIMALS are allowed in the hot tub.
7. The cover must be closed when done using the hot tub.
8. No LOUD MUSIC, LOUD NOISE, HORSE PLAY, OR RUNNING. Voices should be kept at an indoor conversation level.
9. NO URINATING in the hot tub.
10. Do not change the thermostat.
11. Do not add additional water to the hot tub.
12. Physical damage to hot tub from breaking rules will result in repair charges to the booked guests.
13. By booking, all guests agree to the above mentioned hot tub rules.
