Summary: ROOMS 107 & 113: The motel is in tremendous need of updates. The bathrooms need new sealant around the tubs, really they just need new tubs all together. The tubs have lime build-up and stains.There are black mold spots growing on the ceiling above the shower. The toilet did not flush properly, we had to plunge the toilet to get something to go down (barely anything that needs to be flushed) and even after that, the toilet still barely moved any water. The first room we were assigned smelled highly of wet, stinky dogs. We know this is a pet friendly motel but it was not being cleaned properly if that smell is stil there. The second assigned room smelled clean but the bathroom was just horrible. The motel has a banquet room sized "breakroom" for the staff but a tiny corner of the check-in room for guests that only consists of a small microwave and vending machines. At checkout, I had to wait with two other guest for assistance all while listening to the staff cut up, being loud and cussing in their banquet style breakroom, with no explanation of why the person behind the desk was taking so long to attend guests. Desk clerk was taking a picture of herself with an I-Pad and going back and forth into their back office area while we wait.Even for the price of under $100 per night, the condition and service is not worth it. There are truly nice hotels that can be booked through Expedia or Hotels.com that provide updated, nice, clean rooms and also provide room supplies and service.

Summary: First off we arrived around 3:30, check-in is 3:00, they couldn't find our reservation and then asked that we come back in a half hour to get a room. Once we returned they said they didnt have the king room that we reserved. After some time they were finally able to put us in a king room. The room was subpar to say the least. It had a bed, tv and one plastic chair. The spread on the bed had food stains on the outside and dried boogers on the inside. The floor was dirty to the point we had to wear shoes at all times. The pool and location were great however. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We have photos however this app won't let us add them.

Summary: The check in was 3pm, got there at 4:30 and they said it was not ready since it was dirty. They were down to one dryer and couldn’t send an information notice out. Got to the room finally at 8pm and wanted to shower, but the drainage was awful and kept the dirty water in the tub. The water was only hot or cold, no mediating between the two.

Summary: The staff was friendly nice and helped if we needed anything.
However the people living in the hotel were horrible, the lady in the room on right side of 319 would scream and yell if my dogs barked one time. She banged and banged on walls. Her and her other half got into fights hitting each other in the middle night. Scared my daughter half to death. She should be kicked out not to mention her late night drug drop offs. She made our stay horrible

Summary: One of the cleanest hotels and fully staffed hotels I've ever been to. There was always an employee in sight and everything was as expected.
