Welcome to our cozy cottage snuggled in the heart of Lake Lure and Chimney Rock! This bungalow style cottage boasts authentic pinewood flooring, pinewood walls, vaulted ceilings, large windows that bring in a lot of light capturing all of natures splendor as you experience the change of seasons, with contemporary style furnishings, a 50 inch smart TV, a galley kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The two bedrooms have two comfortable queen-size beds that share a bathroom. On the new wrap around deck you can dream away on two comfortable rocking chairs, relax in a hot tub, or gather around the Solo-stove fire pit, roasting marshmallows, star-gazing creating fond memories. The morning and/or evening walks around the neighborhood offer beautiful jaw dropping lake views.
The cottage is about a 2 mile drive to Lake Lure Beach and water park, a little over 3 miles to Chimney Rock, amusement park, beautiful river walk, the flowering bridge, Morse Park and several restaurants and bars. Ingles grocery store and Starbucks is conveniently located a couple of miles away off Hwy 9. Easy access to the house and it’s about 15 minutes to two public golf courses, several hiking trails, zip lining, fishing, wine tasting and boating.
