Our Beach Cottage is the best of Nashville and the best of the Beach. Artistic, Fun, Eclectic, Funky, and WAY cool.
Our home proudly features 3 generous bedrooms, with an En-Suite King master upstairs along with a fabulous custom kitchen and living area. Downstairs you will find a king bedroom and a 3rd bedroom with 2 full beds and a kitchenette. We sleep 8 max. Pets are considered with a non-refundable $225 plus tax pet fee and must be approved prior to your stay...max 2 dogs. Plenty of room for four cars to park!
The house features multiple outdoor spaces including a sun porch, a covered outdoor living area that includes an outdoor tv, and ample seating along with a gated area for approved dogs, a picnic table & umbrella, fire pits, and a side porch to watch the sunset.
This Beach cottage sits only 3 blocks from the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, where you can enjoy the most beautiful beaches and water in the lower 48 states.
Nash-Shell is located near the lagoon and St Andrews State Park, and Shell Island (Highly Recommended). The best location that PCB offers, close to all of the putt putt, go carts, and thrill rides, without all of the crowds. Your beach access is just a just a 5-minute walk, or you can park right at the beach and take your gear with you.
This house is a BRAND NEW remodel in 2021...It's a home you will not want to miss.
