The living room and master bedroom each have sliding glass doors leading to a huge circular front deck that directly faces the Gulf. It’s quite common to see dolphins swimming just offshore. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have sliding doors and decks which face the Santa Rosa Sound. From these decks, you will see the bridge leading to Navarre Beach, the Intercostal waterway, and mainland Florida.
The kitchen breakfast nook windows face both the gulf and intercostal waterway.
All rooms are furnished with beautiful premium solid mahogany and teak furniture. This condo sleeps up to 8 people (1 king, 2 queens, and a queen sleeper. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area have seating for 12 people. The condo is equipped with TVs and DVD players.
