On North Lake Dr (Hwy 6) next to Dam, Lexington side. 20 mins from downtown Columbia, 3 miles from Lexington and Irmo. Large 5 acre lot with a 4 bedroom/ 2 bath home. Situated on a protected cove, the home has magnificent sunset views of the Lake. The waterfront includes a lighted permanent dock with Gazebo and large floating dock and private boat ramp.
This spacious living area includes a Great Room, large dining area and kitchen. There is a 42 foot screened porch overlooking the lake with ceiling fans, dining table and seating areas. There is also an outside deck with picnic table and gas grill.

Summary: The property is gorgeous and the host was very easy to communicate with and very hospitable. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option. I look forward to staying here again really soon!
