This is an older home with its own charm and quirks. There are some creaky fans and doors from time to time. The plumbing is sensitive as we are by a saltwater canal. Be kind to the environment and throw away in a trash bin as much as you can and flush as little as you can.
This home is also located near a busier street road, though it is not a highway or interstate. While it is located in a nice neighborhood directly on the canal, traffic an be heard from time to time, and more so on the weekends.
For kayak use you will need a truck or larger vehicle for transport to the beach/dock down the road. You cannot kayak from the backyard.
