Guests can check in by a personalized door code that is activated upon check in and deactivated at checkout. Security cameras equipped with audio recording for outside surveillance at every entrance and the driveway just like a hotel. The number of quests is strictly enforced. No Pets Allowed.

Guest access

Access is given to the entire property with exception to any locked closets or doors that may contain linens or other supplies as well as the garage where personal items are stored. Most of our property is at the front and rear of the house. Please stay close to the house when on the sides to avoid wondering into our neighbors’ yard.

Other things to note

This is our family’s Lake Keowee home and we enjoy staying here often. We have wonderful and friendly neighbors that deserve kind and respectful guests. If this is not you then respectfully, please do not consider this vacation home. This is a quite cove and there will be NO PARTIES allowed. Remember in a cove by the water sound is louder than normal so be respectful and do not be too loud. While we welcome families with children keep in mind that this house is not well equipped for toddlers or infants that are not being constantly monitored. There is a high balcony, water hazard, fire pit area and hardwood interior stairs to consider. The lake access is located at the mouth of a stream and over the years silt has affected the water level. At “Full Pool” or when the lake is at its highest level there is about 4 feet of water at the dock. The water fluctuates through out the year occasionally lowering the water to just a stream. You can check the current water level as well as the water level history online at Duke Energy’s website. No refunds or cancelations will be considered due to the level of water at the dock. Any missing items such as remotes and linens will incur a fee to cover replacement costs.
