Also nearby is Burnt Store Marina Country Club https://www.bsgac.org.
Despite COVID, supply chain issues and then Hurricane Ian’s wrath, MANY but not all renovations have been completed (new 24x24 floor tile in inside entry/LR/DR/guest bath/marina front lanai, both baths renovated, new carpet in both bedrooms, LR/DR/guest bedroom new floor to ceiling blinds, new ceiling fans, new king mattress, new linens, many furniture upgrades, fresh paint throughout, pebble floor in the master shower, upgraded doors and trim, new DR chandelier, etc.) and the beginning of a kitchen upgrade, marina lanai wall mounted fan. New LR and guest bedroom furniture. A new kitchen is planned for mid 2026.
But any future upgrades can’t supersede its PRISTINE location where manatee and tarpon have been seen right front the dining room table.
Once past Burnt Store Marina’s Security Guard’s station, maybe you too will feel the “calm”.
Please note this is in a complex with full time residents, snow birds and rentals; a noise ordinance exists.
Our heated swimming pool is in the sun all day.
For additional fees, public golfing, health club and tennis courts are nearby.
Certain beaches are approx. 50 min. (or shorter if you consider a fun boat ride to them). And, of course, the North Shore Marina is right out the condo, if able to find a boat slip.
We now have keyless entry and a front door security camera.
