The "Lake Life" vibe is perfect in our cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. You'll be sure to smile once you see the ambiance this space exudes. This newly renovated home, with updated colors and decor, will be sure to welcome you right in and you'll know right away you've picked the right place to enjoy a simpler version of the great Smith Mountain Lake!

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home sleeps 6 comfortably. The master bedroom is housed with a luxurious Queen size bed and the guest room includes two comfortable bunk beds with two twin beds each. The living space is open and allows guests to mingle comfortably with two couches, a dining table and two stools for the kitchen island. Feel free to extend into the back patio where there is additional outdoor seating with umbrella coverage if you choose.

Enjoy grilling on the back porch with the propane grill or even on the Big Green Egg smoker as you overlook the large back yard with a view of the lake. The backyard includes a fire pit, a picnic table in the grass and a few benches as well. Feel free to bring your own hammock as there are many places to tie onto for a nice outdoor nap! Be sure to soak up some rays and play in the safe and wide, "Wake Free" cove. Our space does not have a boat dock but we do have a floating dock available to enjoy.

The quiet public boat ramp is about 100 yards away. You will have access to the ramp at no additional charge and can use the fishing pier as well if you'd like. Should the floating dock be too shallow to park your boat, our home has a circular driveway with PLENTY of space to park the boat safely.
