*Just so you know, following these rules is a requirement of the terms and conditions of our rental agreement. We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in expulsion from the unit without refund, additional fees, or other penalties.
GENERAL
Max capacity 2 adults -no exceptions
Check-in is at 3 PM EST
Late check-in is available.
Check-out is 11 am
Check-in details will be sent upon final booking
The person checking in must match the verified guest on the reservation. A photo ID will be requested.
*LOCATION

*PARKING
The unit comes with one parking. Please only park in parking #4. There is also street parking. You must adhere to city parking guidelines.
SAFETY & ENERGY
-The unit has exterior cameras installed for your safety.
*All guests must be able to safely climb 15 steps to get in and out of the unit.
-No surgery post op allowed
-Close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.
-Do not leave windows open for an extended amount of time. Humidity is damaging to the interior.
-No candles
The air conditioner has a remote control for each unit. Please leave AC control in the exact spot - do not take it to another area.
VISITORS & NOISE
No loud music.
Quiet time from 9 PM to 8 AM Please refrain from making noise.
*No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
The maximum property capacity is people 2. There are no exceptions to this max capacity.
The guest responsible for the stay must be over 22 years.
*Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Breaking this rule will result in expulsion from the unit with no refund.
*SMOKING*
Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the property.
Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional $250 fee via the Airbnb resolution center. Smoke is very hard to remove.
*DAMAGES
-Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment
immediately so that we can repair or replace them.
-Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid
any damage or breakages.
-The cost of any damages or breakages caused by negligence will be documented and charged to you or
deducted from your security deposit.
*CLEANING & MAINTAINANCE
-No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
-No glitter or confetti
-Wash the dishes and throw out the garbage before checkout; alternatively, a $50 cleaning fee will be added to your booking.
-Turn off any electronics when you leave the house.
*For stays more than 6 nights, there may be an additional weekly cleaning fee of up to $100. You will be notified 48 hours prior to cleaning.
*Guests staying for the month will have an additional weekly or bi-weekly cleaning fee of up to $100 per week. You will be notified 48 hours prior to cleaning.
*MISCELLANEOUS
-No 3rd party booking is allowed.
-Profile picture is required to make the reservation.
-Government-issued or photo ID required upon check-in
-Guests must be verified.
-There are neighborhood cats that sometimes wander around. While they are very cute, if you happen to see them, please don't feed them.
*CHECK OUT THE INSTRUCTIONS
Check-out time is at 11 am. A late fee of $50 may be charged.
The instructions for checking out and key handover are as follows:
-Place used towels in the hamper
-Leave the bed unmade- extra credit if you strip the coverlet and the top sheet.
-Trash must be placed in a trash bag by the door.- Bonus, if you take it out and put it in the main trash can outside when you leave.
-Throw out any and all leftover food.
-An extra cleaning fee of $50 may be charged if the above is not followed
Leave the key in the lockbox and notify the owner you have departed.
