This two bedroom, two bath condo is located in the beachfront complex of Sand Dollar Villas. A short walk down the complex boardwalk and your toes are in the sand! Forever Young provides natural light, fun decor and comfortable furnishings for your relaxing beach get away on Amelia Island. The sitting room, dining room and kitchen (fully equipped) are open and provide a spacious living area. The bedrooms are a split floor plan with the main bedroom having a queen size bed, private bathroom and an entrance to the balcony with ocean views. The secondary bedroom provides a full bed and a full bathroom right across the hall. This unit has a washer and dryer, a queen size sleeper sofa, cable TV with streaming service in the bedrooms and Wi-Fi. On-site parking is available for up to 2 vehicles with permits. Elevators and luggage carts available. Rates vary depending on the time of year. Ask about Snowbird rates for Dec-Feb.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be the card holder and be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Non-Pet Friendly Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay. If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.
