Summary: Mattress in main was terrible, linens were terrible, stains on comforter( had to go buy blankets and pillows) for both downstairs and upstairs. (We left sheets we purchased for twin beds on table) Remote batteries were dead, spa wasn’t cleaned, couldn’t use! Not enough wash clothes and only one hand towel. Linens for upstairs was literally balled up in a cabinet. Didn’t look fresh, by any means. Not our standards. Trash all down the hill in front yard- looks terrible, unkept! Very surprised for the money we spent. Will not be returning.
